1960 d large?

A better clearer photo would be helpful but it looks large.
The tail on the 9 and the top part of the 6 extend.
In the small, they are very stubby.

Yes good photo.
As for the 1960 small/ large, D mint, etc. The only good coin of the 4 is the one in Frogs photo. 1960 small date Philly. All the others are 1 cent.
I've been looking my whole life and have never found one.
