Looks to me like it could be but, need a clear closeup of the mint mark!! As Eddiespin said, you can look for yourself at the link he provided. Here is another place to look.

Thanks for the help I'm pretty sure I have a RPM on this cent I just found a nother RPM on a 1963d it has a nice RPM on it to I have been opening these Bank rolls up and there just full of wheat pennies and in the 60s cents finding a bunch of Canada cents to finding about 6 to a roll you don't ever find that many canda coins in one roll. I been going through rolls for a long time now but what i have run into in the past two weeks is just crazy like some one cash in there collection or something like that. I collect nickles to and found some war nickles and a 1919 buffalo nickel all in the same roll at the same time I probably opened up 300 wheat Penny's so I don't know what is going on just went and got some more yesterday and it is pretty much the same way expect I'm getting more canda coins this time some wheat pennies and a lot of 60s coins ever thing I get from this place is old stuff I think I need to try to get some dimes from there you never know. I took a few rolls of quarters not much luck there but I did find a Wisconsin coin got a West point quarter a 2020 one I'm looking for the 2021w quarter that would be nice I have a few of the w quarters.

The OP broke it down to four sentences. Your job is to analyze the structure of each sentence. lol o_O
