WDDO-008 die markers are usually small date 1960-D but look at these pics, some stronger doubling markers than the small date.
In my humble opinion, this date and MM is notorious for machine doubling, not doubled die with what you are presenting. Usually and most often the doubling at the throat but also along the profile. You will also see this on others from the same time period through 1964.
