1960 d Jefferson nickel

    Greeting all here's a 1960 d Jefferson nickel and it looks like it's an RPM possibly a d over p hope the pictures are good enough let's hear from the experts I reached it out here couldn't find the exact mint mark or the shape so it's my turn to ask 20210904_121049_HDR.jpg 20210904_121119_HDR.jpg 20210904_121157_HDR.jpg

    Top left of the MM took a hit. The dark area around it is left after contact by the head of the MM tool, IMO

    Don't think the 1960 Jeffs had a "P" mint mark

    Wow I must have studied your answer and the mm which seem to be like days and I came up with the conclusion you're the expert you got to be right LOL I just got to understand a little more how the whole process works and get a visual on it thanks everybody

    In the year of the coin there was no P mint mark. If anything, it’s an RPM.
