Just for comparison Billy, here is a 1960-D , small over large date WDDO-001. There is some die deterioration at the inner top of the '0' and inside of the six across from the end of the loop, but if you look at the '0' the small '0' is quite well centered on the large '0', and you can determine the different tops of the '6'. The RPM is a very wide one. This is a late die stage ( 4).
