Back to the Cent. If you say it's under weight it could be a Rolled Thin Planchet

 

Is it consider a mint error

 

The stamping in the date and all obverse is exceptional thin

I don't think this coin has a loss of weight due to a rolled thin planet. This coin looks like it was affected by acid.

 

It does look affected by acid, and that could take enough weight to be out of tolerance.

 

Exactly what I was thinking. No added value to the coin.
