    I believe you.. but somehow it gets created 2 times.
    Back to the Cent. If you say it's under weight it could be a Rolled Thin Planchet

    I don't think this coin has a loss of weight due to a rolled thin planet. This coin looks like it was affected by acid.

    It does look affected by acid, and that could take enough weight to be out of tolerance.
