1959 Quarter - Have I struck Type B gold?

    Here's a quarter I found at a show today. I at first thought it was a proof, but then compared it to an actual proof and it didn't look like it. (The dealer marked it BU). It has all the type B diagnostics, but I'm wonder whether it's a mislabeled Proof or a circ. strike. I paid $6.

    Could it be the elusive circulation strike with the Type B reverse?

    It's definitely the Type B circulation strike. Nice pick-up!!

    Today must be the '50 Type 2 day, there's another one in the US Coin forum. Thought I was loosing it.

    Yeah, I posted one as well. Mine was a '57 though. ;) @Omegaraptor posted a '59, same as the OP. So 3 Type B Washington Quarters showing up today.
