I found a roll of 1959 penny's and some 1959 d Penny's. They are very very mint and shiny.. not like normal Penny's. They look like proof Penny's. Is that what it is? Value please. I'm addicted. Lol.ty all for the help and knowledge. I have a bunch of them. 50 or more.

1959 was the first year of the Lincoln Memorial reverse design. Someone felt compelled to put away a few of these new, novel designs back in the day, and now you have them.

They are nice when the old copper coins have original mint luster.

Not proofs, just fresh '59s with full mint bloom. Lots of rolls of '58s and '59s were put away because they were the last of the Wheaties, and first of the Memorials.
