I have a 64 D like that,but was told its strike doubling.

Yes, and with all due respect, you're going to have to post more evidence in order to win this one, Rick. From what has been thus far provided, the anomaly on your coin doesn't appear to exactly match the known example and is more reminiscent of a well-placed hit than actual doubling.
