1959-D Franklin half, please explain

Why is the whole set only worth $104.00 but the one coin is worth more than $90.00?

It's for the MS 65
If the Half in the set is deemed MS 65 then it is worth $90.00 alone

 

Sorry, I should have put these pictures up also. Why wouldn't it at the least MS 65? I'm relatively new to this but it's in awesome condition.
