1959 d cent

I found this 1959 d with a doubling under the chin down into the neck. At least I think it is a DD. There are some oddities on the reverse columns but unsure what it is. Maybe just damage.

The Obverse.. Chin area looks to be a small Die Break
The Reverse.. Post Mint Damage
No Doubling

 

Is it common to have Die Breaks in more than one area? I am asking because there is the same marks under the nose and each lip as well.
