I need help with figuring out if the elevated portion behind "liberty" is actual doubling that is covered in oxidation or just die fatigue/deterioration? I'm not getting my hopes up and I'm new to this, so be gentle.. Most of the markers from variety vista are very familiar if not the same. But the dark top lettering is hiding a lot of the doubling below. Looking for feedback and thanks.
Yours is definitely not the one you are showing from variety vista... all I see is a very typical 1958 cent. Throw it in a jar with every other wheat cent you come across.
You ain't living if your not learning something new everyday. Thanks for the feedback, I will chuck it at the annoying dog next door
No don’t do that!!! It’s wheatie!!!!! Looks pretty good for 61 years old!!! Keep it!!! And keep looking!! And the dog might not enjoy it coming out if he eats it!?
