So u honestly can't see the double neck and double hair details. I honestly think some people on this site are intentionally misleading. I'm going to let you tell me u don't see anything in this.Lol I already know.m
Again you have nothing. Do you know how many times a week people like you think they found a doubled die? There are only 2 known 58 DDO and you magically think you have one? Then to disprove me you post a 1969-s with worthless doubling on it too. You asked a question and I answered it. NO you have two cents worth face value
And if you still don't believe me ,send them in to get graded then. I'm still waiting for the other 15 people ive told the same thing too. To get their doubled dies graded if they believe they have it. Still waiting on them and will be with yours too.
the second coin is a Denver Mint and look right at the start of the last 9 and see the red spot. that just happens to be the SMent stamp that has been polished away almost invisible.all of these are Denver Mint except for the last photo and if you look in that photo in the same spot under the S you will see the same curl
yes I understand that its MD I knew that from the beginning also they look at the S entrust it has the tell-tell notching.I'm going to post you a picture now of a normal 1958 and you show me where it has the doubling at the neck and I don't believe I have a class 1 I asked if there were any known lower class known double dies of that variety not that I have a ddo 01
I still haven't got an answer to my question if there is any known lower class varieties of that die.has there been any round at all not in strong we know so well as 1958 p 01.but some of that same day that have had the doubling polished away
No there is only one type of 1958 DDO so far. If you think you have another send it in to TPG. I personally think you don't have anything more then a touch a miscolorations and a little MD.
Like I said from the very first post..NO! You don't have anything there. You are trying to make something out of nothing. These are DDs
In photo #1, the split serif on the bottom of the S is possible doubled die. However, so minor, no one would add value to it. At least I would not.
I'll answer: Nope, nada, none. But, There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, Than are dreamt of in your philosophy. - Hamlet (1.5.167-8), Hamlet to Horatio. [note: copied, not my highlights.]
ah, there are 2 others listed; 1958 1¢ WDDO-002 1958 1¢ WDDO-003 without pictures. They are probably so minor, no one cares.
