The pictures aren't the greatest but that's either some very oddly specific damage or that's a bad mint. I sent a few since the coin looks great for 58. Minus the wheat side.

Hello and Welcome to CoinTalk!! :)
Unfortunately, your coin is "cleaned" and therefore considered damaged. :(
Oh! Coins are "struck" not "Minted". ;)

I am still trying to figure out what the misprint is. The OP didn't give any details. I am not sure it has been cleaned, as the photos are over magnified and pixelated.

I see no mis anything. It’s normal except for being minted by a worn die, having a little grease or debris on the die and circulation wear and tear.

While a member here for four years, I see you come infrequently, just when you have a question about a coin, which is fine and why we are here, but without more information, we can't read your mind.
You are showing a well worn/circulated copper cent, nothing more that I can see.

And I'm pretty sure @SensibleSal66 meant coins are not "Printed", because they are minted.

If what you are talking about is the "speckled" appearance, I think that is just due to what we refer to as "environmental damage"
