1958-D opinions welcome

i found this coin in a OBW roll i have. is it anything, or nothing. the only doubling on the whole obverse is on the 19. thanks in advance.

I have some of the 1958 that show a similar pattern and I was told they were "Die distortion doubling" ( google has a few articles mentioning it ~ type 2 doubling), and
as with machine doubling of no real value. I have some 1958P and 1958D with that showing mainly on the date, but sometimes other devices.
