The fields are pretty clean however I don't think the strike is good enough to make it worthwhile to have graded. If the coin has sentimental value to you then you might considerate it but if you're going to try to turn a profit, I would say no.
It kind of looks like it has either some DD or machine doubling. Take a look the “E” in WE lettering etc and date. TIA
No, a 58-D needs to grade MS67 in order to warrant grading. Though your photos aren't good enough to make any real determination of grade, the coin doesn't even look gem, much less premium gem.
