I don’t see any doubling on either side, just a worn last-year wheat…worth 2 cents. I do see where your camera moved when you took the picture. Try using an app that allows a remote capture: where you don’t have to touch the camera to take the picture…imo…Spark
It is die deterioration damage causing the small ridge from the edge of the raised letters/date, Over many thousands produced, the dies got flattened over time. A true doubled die would produce equal height effect. Here is a good example , easy to see.
