Are these the result of improper annealing or something else? They were pulled from a "bu" roll of otherwise normal-looking coins. Thanks for the help.
A picture of the Obverse and out of the 2x2 would help in determining the answer for you question. Maybe a tad bit better lighting also.
There are 2 types of Improperly Annealed. A Dark and a light variety Yours looks like the light. I have both for comparison
