Found this one in a box of coins I had for a few years. It looks like it has 3 small clips. I was just wondering if this was post mint or if it was an true error. The clips are more of an angle and not really noticable from the reverse. The coin I would gues to be AU to Unc but the pics are not so great. Any help is appreciated.
I was thinking maybe that was what it was but why would they all be on one side of the coin instead of evenly spaced around the coin.
