Hi:) I came across this 1957 D nickel and I noticed that on the back in the word "America" the first "A" has a slanted middle rather then horizontally straight across.. And the "e" in the word "five" and the "cen" in the word "cents" are barely visible.. Is this an error?

Just some damage on a circulated coin. BTW, welcome to CoinTalk. With the pictures, a couple of tips...crop them so there isn't so much background and post them using the "Full Size" option

Please post your coins in the Error Coins forum of Cointalk. First determine if its an actual Mint Error or not... Worry about value last.

I have a few nickles that are incomplete clawing and want to see if it is mint error or not
