    Lools like a couple of cool die chips.
    If that is a RPM (I don't think so) then VV would definitely have the die chips on G and the D to rim as die markers.

    I found this example online refered to as CU-1c-1957D-04 & o5. However the one online does not seem to have any doubling of the D
