I thought I read where if there's die scratches under the second T in STATES it's a DD. Maybe I read that wrong. Here's my pic of the obove coin with more light on it so the die scratches will show up on the second T in STATES, that's why I thought it was a DD
nice tone, but no double, could be an optical illusion, don't know how many times I've had those lol.
