Those are caused by die cracks or breaks. Cuds, while caused by die breaks, always occur at, and include, the edge/rim of a coin.
Could be a later die state of 030. The shape of the upper part of the BIE break is very similar. Mint mark placement is all over it too. 030 would be before the bottom of the B, and the inner loop of the 9 chipped out. There is a beginning chip in the 9 though. Just a possibility. Will keep looking. @2Old could help. JC does work at COC. I don't see anything else close.
Thanks for the hard work, I looked through all of the 57's, didn't find anything with the reverse mark.
