I was handed this as a young child under 10 years old. They still circulated back then. It looks straight from the bank, crisp as the day it was made. Lol
@Collecting Nut Nice cert! How'd you manage to keep it so pristine? You've had it 40+ yrs? Most kids that age would have handled it to death.
It's in one but I took it out to take the photo. I washed my hands first and made sure they were dry. First with a towel than by air. You can't be too safe.
Same here used to flip Wheaties over $50 each weekend got the red sox on radio and all the Canada dry ginger ale and cheese its we could eat while Dad and Gramp drank scotch. Re roll for next weekend and drive Dad home at 13-14 and Mom was "very happy" Good times!
1957 Series silver certificates are cool, however way to many we’re printed now the 1935,s well that’s a different animal.
