A friend of mine found this. I know bills with dates in the serial number can make them valuable to the right person. This has 1784 in it (the year the revolutionary war ended). If you read the first four of the serial number backwards it the year of the bill 1957. I thought it was neat anyway. Just wondering if anybody knows much about what kinds of numbers can make them more valuable ?

Low serial #'s with a lot of 0's or 1's. Full house #'s, repeaters, radars, sequential, (1234567) off the top of my head.

Knock a zero off those values and you'd be a lot closer. The 1957B is probably the most commonly seen silver certificate, and in circulated condition it can be worth barely over face value.... Still, it's a pretty cool circulation find!
