1956-D Lincoln Planchet ? or Off Center ?

Please examine the photos and tell me what this is. I have done alot of error searching and I have never come across this before. I am hoping some folks with more experience than I can provide a reasonable explanation. Thanks.

This cent was once encased in an aluminum "lucky coin" token. The unusual edge is the result of being squeezed into the token.

While investigation a completely unrelated error coin I stumbled across this auction on eBay. Heck I should sell mine for at least half that asking price LOL
