    No, this is not a D/D/D. Looks like the mint mark took a hit or just has circulation wear. Clean up the coin in that area to reveal the answer (100% acetone bath). Good Luck. :)

    Collecting Nut Borderline Hoarder

    It may be a D over D RPM but that’s it. The mint mark took a hit but it does appear there are two D’s. The hit doesn’t look hard enough to move the metal. You need to research it.
