I wish I had better pics to upload! I was waiting for my new digital microscope to arrive today; ( like a small kid waiting for its Christmas present!) .. but it doesn't work! I couldn't hold myself so I decided to post anyways.. I apologize in advance for the quality of the pics. I have a good feeling about this one! Am I the only one seeing the doubling?? I am trying my best here, with what I have.. Thank you guys!
Yes, I see doubling, but not the kind you're hoping for. It's die deterioration doubling (DDD) caused by a worn die. Worth one cent.
I am not objecting to what you are both saying. On the contrary, that's why I post here. I will just like to explain the reason I was thinking about a DDO. only by looking at PCGS page and the varieties. That's all! it looks like mine ( or I'd just wish??)
But still should be visible on the coin if it was such, even at the size presented. Well I am using a 42" HD TV, so I don't have to shift reading glasses up and down
I will do my best to upload better pics from now on so I can make it easier for both myself and people stating their opinions. I feel bad about the inaccuracy of the pics, but still this coin is "disturbing" me, if you know what I mean. I see something. Maybe its just because i wanna see something, I guess...
