Yeah, it's a Lamination. I have a Wheatie that looks like Mr. Abe took a musketball to the chest! But is is a PMD.

 

A lamination isn't considered PMD. It's a defect in the metal.

 

I was talking about a Cent that I have, not the one above. Please Re-read what I said.

 

I gotcha, I thought you meant that you had a cent with lamination on Lincolns chest, since we were talking laminations.
