1955 Lincoln

    I haven't been able to figure out if this Lincoln has mint or post mint damage.

    It's not an error. It's an encased cent (lucky token cent). It was formerly ensconced in a ring bearing an advertisement or some other message.

    I guess it is definitely post mint damage.
    Another copper I can put in the bucket until I decide to rid myself of the ones that are not quite good enough for collectors.
