1955 Lincoln cent with what looks like die cracks ?

Found this one just curious if these are die cracks

Those look like die cracks on Lincoln's forehead to me.

Sometime back I posted a 2014 Lincoln cent with problems well took it to a well know coin dealer and he said I need to send it off to cover what he said it was put on the wrong planchett because he said it was a valuable coin how do I send them off well do the paperwork

For this 1955 Cent don't bother. It's not a major Mint Error.
And.. I don't think the Third Party Grading companies attribute Die cracks
