1955 Lincoln Cent Error, Displaced Mint Mark 'D" in 'D" of "GOD'

Hi, Just need some help identifying this type of coin error. Under a 10x it almost appears the 'D' mintmark was stamped over the 'D' in 'GOD'; The attached scans show a more complete version. Just looking for information on the flux of metal on top of Lincoln's head, and what may be going on with the letter 'D' in 'GOD'; this piece also has the doubled second 5 in the date 1955. Any information much appreciated.
