Howdy joshuab - Welcome to the Forum !! This may sound like a silly question, but it's not I assure you. You say your coin is a 1955-D penny in MS-67 RD - but WHO, says it is MS67 RD ? Vlaues can vary wildely depending on who it is that assigns the grade.
Here, here... For every person who says it is MS67, there are 10 people that will tell you it is a MS65. Unless it was graded by the likes of PCGS or NGC, I wouldn't take the MS67 grade as "gospel".
