1955 D notched mint mark

Do the top of the 5s look notched too, or is it just me?

 

I didn't see any

 

Look at the center bottom area of the MM.

It's been hit, and I believe that's what caused
the metal movement on the top left side of the D.

Could be a RPM, but you'd have to match it up.

 

Variety Vista 004 matches very well.

Here's where I think I see it.

 

I did notice that. I will have to look at it again when I'm not busy.

 

It looks more like damage than doubling on the coin to me. If it is doubling, I can't tell.

 

Fair enough; never hurts to check.

 

The

camera picks up on things I can't see also. I can't be sure that it is not doubling either.

Sheila,if you tell me which coin is best for me to look out for in future ,right now I have Quater from 1965-2002 and also dollars coin and golden president dollar to and world coin too wheat penny and SBA to I don't have time for them anymore that why I was asked you for they not in wrap nothing like I can send you pictures of every coin I have Sheila, I am not trying to sell them to you or let you tell me what do one time I was think about going to coin show.

 

In all honesty, I'm not sure about any other coins. I am not well experienced in Quarters, dimes, and Nickels. And I don't know anything about world coins or higher denominations.I am very curious about them though. You can teach me some things you know about them.
