Don't see any listing on VV or Wex, PCGS only lists one (1955-D 1C RPM FS-503) but that one looks to shift east where yours looks to shift north east. it looks like an obvious RPM to me, nice find. IMHO.

I like the die break on the T. We got quite a few of those, from over the years. Still ain't figured out how that happens only there.
