Looks a lot like a BIE die chip.

That's what I was thinking. So would this be considered an BIE or IBE(as it appears to be)? Thanks ALL!

It's on the other side. It's an IBE.
    Is there an IBE variety?

A CUD only involves the edge of a coin.. Die Chip is correct

    These are CUDs

The official definition by Coneca states that a BIE is only when the break occurs between the B & E. They go on to state directly after this that any break within the letters of liberty qualifies.

Thank you ALL for the helpful information regarding the BIE! So, this is a DIE CHIP. Are there any other pictures of ones of the same year/ decade (50's) that are the same or similar to the one I have posted here or would this be considered a new find to be sent for further examination? THANKS EVERYONE! I smell TREES!!!:cat:
