Ok so I bought a group of proof sets (53, 54, 55) assembled in a plastic clear capitol style holder. It was clear right away that the entire 55 set was exceptional, with cameos and possible deep cams on the Franklin, Nickel, and wheat-back. I have hemmed and hawed enough and have been unable to answer my own question so it is now left unto you, the throbbing brain that is the internet. Thank you for thinking for me, tis greatly appreciated.

I'd have to say no based on your pictures.

The spots and fingerprint doesn't help either.

I don't think they would get a cam.
