    Found a few finds today. I have looked and compared to other doubled mints and dates. I really think the date is doubled… re-punched D. :wideyed::wideyed::wideyed:

    Sorry, it does look like Die deterioration doubling on the date and MM. Notice the LIBERTY also. Jim

    One other easy way to tell a Doubled Die from worthless doubling.
    The MM were hand punched into the already doubled working die. If the MM has the same doubling as the date or other devices. Then the coin isn't a Doubled Die.
