    There's the obvious crack on the reverse, and then I just noticed the weird thing on the obverse, on his neck... ?? Thanks.

    Debris filled? When a coin planchet has dirt and stuff in it, that can happen.

    To me, it appears to be a lamination on reverse and die chip of obverse. Nice find.
