1953 P Lincoln Memorial Doubled 3's

I was sorting through some wheats and noticed the 1953 P had the 3 doubled.
(sorry noticed I put Memorial in title by mistake)

I don't see it in Wexler or other sites.

Is this a known error?

It appears to be die deterioration doubling to me. There would be no value associated with it.

I am relatively new to this site; what is the etiquette for posting threads?

I want to say "thanks" for folks taking the time to look and share their knowledge but it bubbles the post back up to the top and I don't know if that is annoying to others.
