I found this out of the $25 Dollar box of Cents I finished going through. I made some nice finds that I will be posting. this is 1 of them.

its similar but The bottom of my 3 is fully formed. Thats why I took picks at different angles I have plenty of the one You posted but none like this.
Your coin is pretty much the same thing as the "poor man's 1955 DDO", in that it was caused by die wear/die deterioration doubling, which generally only affects the last digit in the date. Wexler has an example on his site that is also a 1953: http://www.doubleddie.com/144843.html Suffice to say, unfortunately I don't think it is a doubled die.
