The 3 appears slightly rotated, and it looks like some seperation in "ust". Any thoughts on this one?

Its machine doubling. It looks just like a 1955 Poor-Man's Doulble Die.

It looks more like die-deterioration doubling to me.

Here's number three. Die Deterioration causes that look.

    Thanks,

You should agree with number 4 to because abrasion doubling is a form of die deterioration doubling and that is the term that is mostly used on this type of doubling on the last digits of the nineteen fifties cents such as the 1955 poormans double die. Rockdude

The die abrasion doubling notion claims that when the Mint workers polish the die faces during routine die maintenance, improper or repeated polishing can damage the inscription and devices on the die to the point that they can appear doubled on struck coins.
This coin however is the results of Die Deterioration.

According to leading error coin expert and CONECA President Mike Diamond, the concept of a coin die striking doubled images as the result of abrasion (die polishing) hasn't been proved.
