1952 Wheat Penny Error?

    Hello,

    I got this penny off of ebay in a lot of 2lbs. It has extra thickness on both wheat grains. Could this be an error?

    They appear to be die chips.

    Difficult to tell from that photo but I would recommend going to coppercoins.com and ask them.
