Hey all! I have been looking through a bunch of dimes I purchased over the past few months (for a great deal, yay!) I noticed on this specific 1952-D Rosie a possible D/D RPM. I googled to find this: http://www.richardsrooseveltreview.net/1952.htm Here are the pics of my coin. I am looking for a few answers to this particular coin, actually.... if you don't mind: 1) Is it a D/D Rotated CCW? If not, weak strike, different type of RPM? 2) What would you grade this coin? 3) Where is a good place to go to research these sort of "errors"? As always I truly appreciate your time and feedback. I know you are more than generous in helping out new collectors like myself. You guys are top notch! :hail: Spencer
I have a couple more error coins I'll be posting (mainly rosies). Thanks for the quick response, Jello! Anybody else have an opinion of the D/D CCW? Grade? Etc? Sincerely, Spencer
Another one--- 1961-D Roosevelt Dime D/D CCW? Same 3 questions as above..... Here are the attachments: Thanks for the input! No feedback is BAD feedback
in answer to the 1st coin: Not CCW-- [I presume that you mean counter clock wise] it is an RPM, west. the 2nd one looks like MD/strike doubling except for the last picture. that one looks possible RPM-S...just possible
this may help? http://www.richardsrooseveltreview.net/Introduction.htm http://www.richardsrooseveltreview.net/Introduction.htm
