Thought I would take a few photos.

I never really looked into it before. I thought that Hidalgo was just a prominent person or possibly a President.
He was actually a priest who led the Mexican war of independence from Spain.

Without reading a lot into the wiki.
It was over not being able to grow grapes and olives because it took away from imports from Spain.

Forgot about that i was thinking of Mexico in general when I posted it.
