1952-2002 Canadian dime 2 P???

Came across this it sure looks like a P and it is raised under scope but may have been scratched as well but there is something there

Could be a lamination error too but I need better photos. Other than that, just a normal dime.

 

Well these are plated steel (that's what the P means) so with a break in the plating it could just be corrosion under the plating.
