Are you crazy?!?!?!?!? 1951 proofs are valuable, and even a pf62 is worth about 35 bucks! MELT for a 1951 TONED proof franklin is just absurd. I hope you're joking. No offense.
That coin scares me. There is haziness in the fields, significant hairlines on both sides, a large spot above the date, and I have no idea what is going with Ben's coat. Having said that, the toning should not affect the price of the coin. It is pretty common for a Franklin proof and neutral with respect to eye appeal IMO. I wouldn't go above $150 on it.
I don't see hairlines, but I do see your concern, since hairlines are impossible to capture with a photograph.
Uhmm there were only 57,500 51 Proof Franklins struck, so a 62 is worth more raw than $35. A certified one is running around $250.
The haziness in the field is just the toning from another angle. The majority of the hairlines I presume are from the crappy plastic they put them in back then. Also, I am 80% positive that the marks on the bell are die polish marks as they are raised not indented.
