1950 Wheat Cent

    I just recieved my Warman's wheat cent folder in the mail today(highly recommend NOT buying) and was putting the cents that I already have in, when I found a 1950 with the "0" completely filled in except for a small dot towards the bottom left hand of the "0". I was just wondering if anyone could tell me anything about this coin.
