I Found A 1950 $5 Bill , Wrinkled But Not Torn, It Has A Star After The Serial #. What Does That Mean ? Who Are The Treasurers Suppose To Be ? Series 1950 B.

The star means it is a replacement note with a duplicate serial # to a bill that was destroyed before release. (Error, damaged run ect) this is the readers digest version.;)
