I was looking through some of my silver foreign coins and noticed this one. I'm pretty sure it's a lamination error but please correct me if I'm wrong. It certainly doesn't look like your usual lamination.
Correct lamination error and pretty bad at that... I had a unc roll of 61 Franklins like that years ago. Thats pretty bad as far as the medal mixture goes.
